Music On Hold
Multicom Technical Services, Inc. can install and maintain music on hold systems.  This is a way that you can have a pleasant and informative on hold experience for your customers.  Music on hold can play a local radio station, off the shelf CD’s or MP3 files or your professionally recorded announcements.  We also offer a recording service to assist you in scripting your announcements and getting them playing on your telephone system.

Voice and Data Cabling
Multicom Technical Serivces can install all types of voice and data cabling along with finishing those cables to get you up and running.  We install a full range of faceplates, telephone and data jacks for all your office equipment and connect it to your equipment room for ease of use.

Equipment Brokerage
Do you have an old phone system you want to get rid of?  Give us a call and we can broker out your used system and get you cash for your used equipment for a small fee.  We also offer a “buy back” service.  If you purchase a new phone system from us, we will uninstall the old system and take it off your hands and give you a credit towards your new purchase. This makes the transition to your new phone system seamless.

Pre-wire
Multicom Technical Services has completed projects all over the Lone Star State for several different Commercial Construction companies, local government entities and at&t to pre-cable multi-family dwellings, convalescent centers and higher education buildings.  We have consulted on outside-plant cable and terminal placement for such projects.  Please contact us to request a bid.  We have competitive pricing and can say on budget and on schedule to move your project forward.
